Wedding #4 (Sunday Brunch)

Brunch the next morning was also at the South Seas Island Resort. It was on a chartered boat called the Lady Chadwick. It's a two level boat with the top being outdoors but covered and downstairs being completely enclosed. Brunch was being served. They had a nice variety of food. On the left and going clockwise: some fresh seasonal fruit (I love pineapples!), chicken, smoked salmon, breakfast sausages, eggs benedict, and a bagel with cream cheese. Everything was really nice and tasted really good. The eggs benedict (my favorite brunch item of all time) was surprisingly good for being mass produced. It was due to the great service of the eggs being poached to order in large batches. Even the hollandaise sauce was good. After brunch, the boat ride was really enjoyable with the sun and breeze. The caption located some dolphins that followed the boat. And they have a nice tour of the island with interesting facts to follow. A good job by the crew and resort.
