Hell's Kitchen Pizza

One late night, I was hungry from running around doing errands. Not much was still open. And we didn't want a sit down dinner. So we opted for something quick and good: pizza! We went to Hell's Kitchen Pizza which is now our go to neighborhood joint. It has been reliably good and the owner/pizzaiolo was really friendly. This time I picked the 4 cheese slice and a pepperoni slice. He picked the 4 cheese as well and a hell fire. The slices were warmed and taken home. They were a good size. And more importantly, they tasted really good. The 4 cheese was just cheesy enough. Creamy from the ricotta and melty stretchyness from the mozzarella. I don't know what the other cheeses were but I'm pretty sure one of them was parmesiano. The pepperoni slice was good as well. It had a good amount of pepperoni on it which is always a good thing. Lastly, the hell fire slice. It's the house slice. It has all types of spicy tidbits to it like jalapenos and other types of peppers. I had a bite and it was really good. It was spicy but in a good way. It tasted really good. I would definitely get this again. Hell's Kitchen Pizza 691 10th Avenue New York, NY 10036 (212)765-8565
