Parsi Food
With Mr. Meat & Potatoes family one weekend, we enjoyed a fantastic Parsi dinner. We started with some spanakopita (not Parsi but still good). Delicious spinach and feta cheese wrapped in phyllo dough then baked in a flaky crust.
Dinner included some shrimp curry with lots of eggs.
Curry is always good with white rice.
Then some kevabs (parsi meatballs) as a side.
Here's my plate of goodnes. A little of everything and a nice side salad to balance everything out.
