Dinner: Seared Chicken with Salad

A simple dinner of pan seared chicken and salad. The chicken was just seasoned with salt and pepper, then doused with flour. Into a hot pan with oil and butter until just cooked. The chicken is flavorful and so tender. The salad is crisp and refreshing. And dressed, of course, with the amazing balsamic vinegar and basil oil.
