Waking up in NJ has its advantages, especially when I'm in West Windor at Mr. Meat & Potatoes' parents house. Why? Because I'm not in charge of home cooked meals. Yay! Instead, I bask in the plethora of food made from scratch with love. Even the most simple meals/food are freaking delicious. And today, on the menu was porak sandwiches with some leftovers of pattis and spinach kavobs. So what is porah? It's like an Parsi omlette. Egg based with lots of spices and herbs. Delicious between some white bread with some ketchup. The leftover pattis and spinach kavobs were good as always.
