Ferrara's Bakery

Even on chilly days, I find it's good to get some gelato or ice cream. While walking around the Little Italy area of Manhattan, we passed by Ferrara's. I've been to this Italian bakery several times before. I usually get a nice pastry like cannoli or rainbow cake. However, I wanted something different this time around. So I bought some passion fruit gelato. Mr. M&P had the strattachella. We both loved our gelati. The passion fruit had a really strong flavor and at times was a bit too tart. But it was really refreshing. I would definitely get this again. Mr. M&P enjoyed his gelato slowly savoring each bite.
