Kelvin Slush Truck

My first experience with the Kelvin Slush truck was by accident. I was walking downtown to meet a friend for dinner. I was early so I decided to do some window shopping. To my happy surprise, the truck was parked right outside one of the stores that I frequent.

So I stopped by for a quick snack before heading off to dinner. I looked over the menu and looks like you get to pick a slush flavor with a fruit add in. I wasn't sure which slush flavor I wanted but I was definitely eyeing up the pink guava add in. I asked the people on the truck which would work best with the guava. Their answer: spicy ginger. Of course, I didn't listen to them and got the tangy citrus instead. That was a mistake. The combination became too sweet for me. I don't have a huge sweet tooth so I have to carefully pick and choose things that I would enjoy. I should have listened to the people on the truck. Next time, I won't be as selfish.
