Cooking: Cobb Salad

I know I have been eating a lot of salads recently, but some are really tasty. This is especially true for salads that contain bacon, eggs, and blue cheese. So this another version of a cobb salad. The main ingredients are the same but I made an omlette with my leftover eggs instead hard boiling them.

I still included lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, and eggs. My own twist including some red onion and anchovies. Delicious fishy nuggets of saltiness. Don't hate. It's is used as an ingredient in more things than you may know.
