Tuesday Nights: Yankees Stadium

Towards the end of the last year, my friends thought that we weren't hanging out enough. It's true, we weren't. So they started Tuesday night get-togethers. Every Tuesday, we'll pick a bar to drink, eat, and hang out for a couple of hours. Whoever can make it will attend. If you're busy, it's okay. There's always next week. So this is Tuesday Nights on Tasty Eating where you will find bars that serve food and how we like them.

Recently, we headed out to: Yankees Stadium

We're mixing it up a little bit for Tuesday Nights. So a few of use had some interest in a couple of baseball games. Perfect idea for the summer. So off we went to a Yankees game. It was the first visit to the new stadium for a few of us.

Baseball is really great in person because you don't have to be paying attention every single moment. So, it's cool if you need to get up and get some food or go to the bathroom or to just walk around.

We bought a few items to share. This is a plate of nachos ($8) that was huge. It was the best deal in the park. Tons of nachos and unlimited toppings. We asked the guy to pile on everything and so he did.

I had an Italian sausage ($8) too. It was the normal Premio brand sausage found in many parks/stadiums. It serves its purpose quite well.

And of course I can't leave without some delicious Cracker Jack ($6). I love this stuff. The bad is huge and easily sharable.
Going to a baseball game was a great idea. Yeah the food and beer is pricey but the experience is great. And it definitely helps that the Yankees won. Yay!
