My Trip to Richmond, VA (Part 3): Cupertino's NY Bagels

The next morning, we chowed down on a NYC classic: bagel sandwiches. I got the garlic bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. The bagel was denser and thus chewier than what I'm used to. Also, it lacked a difference in texture between the crust and the inside. I like bagels with a crust and then a softer inside. Otherwise, the sandwich was tasty.I like that they weren't cheap with the fillings. A really good bread to meat ratio.
