Pizza delivery again. And also from Two Boots again. This time we didn't go for a specialty pie. We wanted a more normal pie just to test it out. However, instead of a cheese pie we opted for pepperoni and mushrooms (~$23).
And here's the pie. Nice distribution of toppings around the pie. That's always a good sign. And if you look closely, the pie is actually too big for the box. Oooh!
The crust again was very good. Charred nicely and crunchy.
And here's the cross section of the crust. You can see the bubbles that formed with the yeast and you can also see how thin (or thick) the crust is.
As usual, the pizza was delicious with its crunchy crust, copious amounts of toppings, and nice balance of cheese and sauce. I think it will stay as our go to place.

ReplyDeletecornmeal crust reminds me of domino's but fortunately much much better.
Cooooooornmeeeeeaaaaal!
ReplyDeleteMakes it such a better crust even if it's a little bit sweet.
That looks awesome and now I want pizza! (Except perhaps substitute sausage for pepperoni for me!)
ReplyDeleteFunny enough, DLS and I went to Two Boots last night and got mushrooms with sweet Italian sausage on it. So good! A lil pricey.
DeleteI see a slice in my near future.
ReplyDeleteThe pie looks good and I'm not big on pepperoni either.
Too big for the box? HI-YO!
