Ah the weather is warmer and the grill is out in full swing. Burgers and sausages are the first things to be fired up. Simple. Delicious. Satisfying. Here's my cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
And a similar setup with my sausage. I like the contrast in flavors and textures.
All the burgers come cheese topped but add your own garnishes.
And the Esposito's sausages, hot and mild, grilled until plump.
Fresh garnishes of lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.
And soft buns to contain everything.

When I had access to a grill, I grilled year-round... would just drag it to underneath the overhang and put on a ski jacket. Sigh. I miss being able to grill year round! Or grill at all, since I'm now in an apartment, haha
ReplyDeleteThe sausages looks good.
