My Trip to Melbourne, Australia (Day 2): Baci

After walking for a few hours, we were dead tired. We weren't hungry for dinner but opted for gelato instead. Gelato shops are aplenty in Australia, as we found out. Our first came from Baci where Mr. M&P had the baci flavor and myself the honeycomb crisp.

The baci flavor was very similar to the chocolates made by Perugina with the hazelnut center. This gelato had a rich flavor but light texture. The honeycomb crisp was very light was well. A vanilla based gelato with honey dotting each and every bite. If you like honey, you would enjoy this gelato. It was very well made as it didn't leave me thinking it was too sweet.
As you will see in future posts, we enjoyed the gelato so much that we pretty much had it every day no matter where we went.
