Look at the vast array of appetizers. Look at that spread.
A tray of cheese (champagne, brie, Irish cheddar), guacamole, pora omelette (Parsi spiced egg omelette), tara pori patio (spicy fish sandwich), and spinach kavob.
And the main dishes were pattis (fried mashed potato balls filled with seasoned beef).
And a winter salad with avocado, pomemgranats, and pine nuts.
Chicken in a tomato cashew sauce with a generous sprinkling of cilantro.
Lamb pulav (rice dish) with hard boiled eggs and fried onions.
And here's my delicious plate of food. I only had one though because I had to save room for dessert by Ms. Pastry Chef.
And what did she make? Oh not just these red velvet cake balls.
Just look at the inside. Soft, delicious cake.
But that's not it. She also made homemade dulce de leche ice cream with hot from the oven cookies. Oh yeah baby. I don't have a sweet tooth but her desserts are so phenomenal.
